Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery 2-3 days - (UK mainland only)

If you place your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday your order will be dispatched the same day and arrive 2-3 days later. If the order is placed on a Friday it will arrive the following Tuesday.

Fast Delivery 24 hours - (UK mainland only)

If you place your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday your order will be dispatched the same day and arrive the next day. If the order is place on a Friday it will arrive the following Monday.

Europe 2-3 days

If you place your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday your order will be dispatched the same day and arrive 2-3 days later. If the order is placed on a Friday it will arrive the following Tuesday.

We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If orders are placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, the will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders will require a signature upon arrival and no orders can be re-routed to alternative addresses or be left at any address other than the one specified at the time of order. Extra fees will be applicable if the order is required to be re-routed or delivery is required after two failed attempts.

Please note: Although we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible (and 99% of the time we do!), the delivery times above are not guaranteed and are subject to the availability of stock. If your item is not in stock when you place your order we will contact you and advise of this and give you an estimated delivery date. You then have the choice to accept this estimated delivery date or cancel your order.

Returns

With all returns please include a covering letter with your contact details and the reason for returning the goods. All petrol lawnmowers come with a manufacturers guarantee & as such all faulty petrol lawnmowers must be sent directly to the manufacturer and not Hanlins.

Faulty goods

We do our best to make sure our products reach you in good condition, however if a product is damaged in transit or the goods are faulty when you receive them, we will replace or refund the full cost as soon as possible. For lawnmowers contact the manufacturer as soon as possible as in some instances a service technician may visit to rectify the issue.

Unwanted goods:

If you receive items in good condition but decide to return them, you are liable for cost the return postage. We will then assess the goods before we refund the cost of the goods only. You are responsible for returning the goods to us in a resalable condition. We recommend you insure the goods to the correct value in case they get damaged in the post.

Petrol Lawnmowers are to be returned to the manufacturer - any machines sent to Hanlins will result in a charge being administered for us having to forward the lawnmower to the respective manufacturer.

Manufacturer faults

If you believe that a product has a manufacturing fault you are initially responsible for the cost of return postage, however, after we have inspected the product and believe it is a manufacturer fault and not from miss use or wear and tear we will refund the cost of postage. It is then your choice whether you receive a replacement product or we give you a full refund, including your return postage costs.
